A bit about me…
After relocating from my home in New Zealand to the UK, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Dynamic Vinyasa, with the Kindred School of Yoga. In my classes, I blend movement, mindfulness, and breath to help students feel grounded and at ease, while incorporating dynamic flows and playful sequences designed to build strength and stability.
I discovered yoga as a form of movement during a time when health challenges forced me to slow down my high-intensity workout routine. It quickly became the most effective medicine for both my body and mind, offering me a sanctuary from the pressures of daily life and the demands of the corporate world.
Over time, yoga has become an integral part of my life, helping me cultivate a sense of freedom and spaciousness both on and off the mat. This is the essence I aim to share through my teaching.
